Project examples

Beginning in late January, a group of six to seven MBA students will spend up to 1,250 total hours completing a comprehensive study of your company and all of its business functions.

Based on their research and analysis, student-consultants will identify strengths, weaknesses, future prospects and they will recommend strategic directions and actions. They will also be providing an implementation plan and outlining the financial implications of this plan.

Instead of focusing on one area of your business, the student-consultants will perform a comprehensive analysis of your organization as a whole in order to generate recommendations and insights that address the needs of your organization holistically. However, organizations are encouraged to provide a goal or suggested area of focus to guide the students' direction.

Areas of focus may include, but are not limited to:

  • New market entry.
  • New product offerings.
  • Sale of the company.
  • Streamlining operations or channels.
  • Changing organizational structure.
