OliveBlue | The Change Leadership aims to enhance its brand presence and public relations through strategic podcasting and marketing initiatives. The project involves developing a comprehensive plan to create a podcast series that aligns with OliveBlue's mission and values. The team will research and identify potential podcast topics, guest speakers, and target audiences to ensure the content resonates with listeners and enhances OliveBlue's brand image. Additionally, the project will explore opportunities for guest appearances on existing podcasts to expand OliveBlue's reach. Supporting marketing activities will be designed to promote the podcast series and guest appearances, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to maximize engagement. The goal is to create a cohesive PR and branding strategy that positions OliveBlue as a thought leader in change leadership.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed podcast strategy document outlining the proposed series topics, guest speakers, and target audience. A marketing plan will be developed to support the podcast launch and guest appearances, including social media and digital marketing tactics. Additionally, podcast episodes will be produced to demonstrate the proposed format and content. The team will also provide a list of potential podcasts for guest appearances, along with a strategy for outreach and engagement.
