Knowquest Inc. is developing an advanced consumer feedback platform called KnowQuest. The goal of this project is to enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the platform to ensure it is intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly. The current design needs refinement to better meet user needs and expectations. The project will involve analyzing the existing UI/UX, gathering user feedback, and implementing design improvements. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of front-end development, design principles, and user research to create a seamless and visually appealing interface. The project will focus on both web and native application interfaces, ensuring consistency across different platforms.

Key tasks include:

- Conducting a UI/UX audit of the current platform.

- Gathering and analyzing user feedback.

- Designing wireframes and prototypes.

- Implementing design changes using front-end technologies.

- Testing the new interface for usability and performance.

The deliverables for this project include:

- A detailed UI/UX audit report highlighting current issues and areas for improvement.

- User feedback analysis and summary.

- Wireframes and prototypes of the redesigned interface.

- Implemented design changes in the web and native applications.

- A final report documenting the design process, changes made, and user testing results.

We will offer any support you need to succeed. Software, time, tools, meetings, coaching, etc., are all provided as needed. Ongoing SCRUMs will also help keep things on track.
