Main Goal:

The primary objective of this project is to support the HR and finance functions in ensuring the smooth execution of project activities by managing recruitment, supporting financial tracking, and aligning project deliverables with organizational goals.



Deliverables

Tasks Students Will Complete:


1. HR Coordination:

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions for roles involved in the project.
  • Manage and organize applicant tracking and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate team schedules to facilitate regular project updates and deliverables.
  • Develop HR checklists and templates for project tasks.

2. Financial Coordination:

  • Support budget tracking for the project, including CapEx, operating expenses, and variable costs.
  • Assist in reconciling expenses for multimedia tools, software, and project supplies.
  • Help prepare financial progress reports and summaries for management review.

3. Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Coordinate between HR, project staff, and mentors to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Document team progress, challenges, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare a final summary report showcasing the HR and finance activities, successes, and alignment with Achieve Potential Inc.'s mission.


Final Deliverables:


  1. HR Templates and Documentation:
  • Job descriptions, onboarding resources, and recruitment checklists tailored to the project needs.
  1. Budget and Financial Summaries:
  • Financial tracking sheets for project expenses and reconciliation logs.
  1. Project Report:
  • A summary report (Word/PDF format) highlighting project goals, completed HR/finance tasks, and learnings.
