CareerPath Catalyst is a reflective career discovery program that helps youth ages 16–30 find clarity, confidence, and direction before they start writing resumes or applying to jobs. Rooted in the principles of Ikigai, universal design, and inclusive education, CareerPath Catalyst guides young people through a process of deep self-awareness—so they can uncover career paths aligned with who they are, not just what they can do.

Our approach centers on career clarity over pressure, and curiosity over conformity. We also support parents through a unique Parent Parallel Program to help them become more effective, understanding support systems in their teen or young adult’s journey.

Through 1:1 services, group workshops, and self-paced online programs, CareerPath Catalyst empowers youth—and their families—to make informed, values-based choices about their futures in a rapidly changing world.

What Makes CareerPath Catalyst Different:

Focuses on self-discovery first (not job-hunting mechanics)

Integrates the Ikigai framework for long-term career fulfillment

Builds confidence, identity, and purpose in youth

Offers inclusive support with a universal design lens

Includes a parallel path for parents, fostering intergenerational understanding

Provides access to the Career Clarity Lab, a community incubator for ongoing growth
