- Learning about the past clients and the types of services provided to them.
- Researching the target market and potential clients in both Canada and the US.
- Developing a meeting request portal and ad strategy for outreach.
- Creating a pitch deck for potential clients.
- Implementing a strategy to attract new clients and increase sales.
By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- Research report on the target market and potential clients.
- Meeting request portal and ad strategy for outreach.
- Pitch deck for potential clients.
- Implemented strategy to attract new clients and increase sales.
Final deliverables:
- A comprehensive report outlining the research, strategies, and implementation plan.
- Meeting request portal and ad strategy materials.
- Pitch deck for potential clients.
This project will be limited to the LevelUp program (80 hours) and will be focused on building out a new Social Media Marketing plan.
Current tools we use: ChatGPT4 (Pro account), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Covey (for Email sequencing), Apollo/ContactOut (in the event that Covey fails to locate email)
Ideally we are looking to hire someone who already has Consulting Sales (contingency fee or project based work sales) vs traditional marketing (for instance selling a product versus selling a service).
As this is not a long-term project currently we are not expecting large scale results, just a modern revamp of our current process that will help us be more efficient and successful in 2024.
