Details

We would like our E-commerce assessed to see where we are at, how we can improve and what changes we can/could implement going forward.

Deliverables

  • How to optimize web traffic
  • What is good/bad/great and ugly that we currently have
  • What can be improved, changed and upgraded in our currently site and socials
  • Review and provide a brief report on the current status online (website, social channels, and applications etc.)
  • Complete an Internal (SWOT- TOWS), External (SWOT- TOWS), and GAP to find up tapped opportunity. Build an online strategy to help you realize it.
  • Recommend platforms to support your growth and strengthen your presence (e-commerce, content, e-mail, CRM, platforms)
  • Build a Digital Marketing Plan including SEO, PPC and Content Plan to move towards achieving the overall strategy.
  • Develop a Gantt Implementation Plan of all suggested activities including recommended timelines.

Amanda Green Jewelry is handcrafted fine jewellery. Amanda is the designer and maker of AJG, where she has created several collections. Currently, she sells at local craft shows and markets as well as some local stores plus her Web site sales. Amanda also creates beautiful bespoke jewellery pieces, usually engagement rings and wedding bands that are commission based.

Amanda would like to improve her website sales by improving her, SEO and improving social media and start using email marketing. She would also like to improve the design of her website to make it easier for customers to order engagement and wedding bands and to make appointments for bespoke jewellery.
