The main goal for the project is to support an internal person in the design, QA, and project management as the company develops a new website for SwitchGear Limited and elevate2Great. This will involve several different steps for the person, including:

- Collaborating with the internal person to understand the design requirements and user experience goals for the new website.

- Assisting in quality assurance testing to ensure the website functions properly across different devices and browsers.

- Supporting project management tasks such as coordinating with the development team, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

The tasks that the internal person will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Clear understanding of the design requirements and user experience goals for the new website.

- Quality assurance testing documentation and reports.

- Project management support documentation including progress reports and meeting notes.

As we are 50% of the way through, the successful candidate will be required to read and edit the content for the site, complete user testing and other QA activities, coordinate the hosting of the site with our provider, and other duties as they arise.

The reporting structure will be first to the prime for this project and with weekly meetings with the owner to discuss wins, challenges and requests for additional needs.
