Details

OliveBlue is a Change Leadership and Management Consulting Firm aimed at equipping and empowering professionals and organizations to successfully deliver change initiatives and projects, leading to increased adoption and greater return on investments.

We have identified gaps in our processes and marketing/sales strategy with our brand, ‘The Change Leadership’ that provides the following products and services; community, content, online course, conferences and events.

The main goal of this project is to review our online community data to develop a strategy and plan to grow the community and improve engagement. The key questions we have are;

- Who are our community members?

- Why did they join our community?

- What are their interests?

- How can we serve them better?

- How do we keep them engaged?

- How do we grow our community?

Deliverables

- Analyze our current community engagement level

- Identify gaps in our community design plan and propose strategies for improvement

- Research on best practices to keep our community engaged

Mentorship

The Interns will be given access to retrieve useful data from our community platform which has over 1000 members with unique user profiles. However, we expect them to also carry out research on additional data sources that will be useful in successfully executing the project.

We have a project manager who will supervise, mentor and guide the students throughout the duration of the internship. We will also provide a secondary contact on the team for additional support.

The project team will meet 1-2 times weekly, via Microsoft Teams or Zoom to;

- Discuss project updates

- Address any issues or concerns

We will also communicate regularly through emails.

The Change Leadership conferences, community, masterclasses and events have been established to help professionals and organizations cultivate a culture of ‘change leadership’ that responds better and faster to the uncertainties stemming from disruption and technology in today’s rapidly changing world.

Our vision and mission is to help professionals and organizations more effectively lead and respond to change better and faster — reducing the devastating social and economic fall-out of failed corporate and organizational change initiatives. We believe that change done right has a positive impact on lives and our communities.

Our commitment is to the mental well-being of employees and to community sustainment. Our ability to adapt and successfully lead change has a positive impact on lives and our communities, as well as creating a positive environment for our personal and mental well-being. When one part thrives, we all thrive together.
