Brand Voice Development:
- Work in concert with the founder to define and articulate a clear, authentic social media voice for the company.
Social Media Strategy Formulation:
- Create a comprehensive social media marketing plan that includes objectives, target audience profiles, content themes, and a publication schedule.
Content Creation:
- Generate engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and explore the viability of TikTok for B2B engagement.
- Design and produce materials (graphics, written posts, videos) that convey the utility and innovation of our product.
Trend Monitoring and News Aggregation:
- Regularly monitor industry news, trends, and competitor activity to inform content creation.
- Synthesize complex SaaS concepts into educational content that can be easily understood by a non-expert audience.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Implement tools to track the performance of social media activities.
- Analyze data to determine the success of different strategies and report findings to the founder with recommendations for adjustments.
Engagement and Network Expansion:
- Actively engage with users, industry professionals, and influencers on social media to expand the company's network.
- Respond to comments and messages to foster a community around the brand.
Reflection and Adjustment:
- Conduct a continuous feedback loop with the founder to refine social media approaches based on analytics and audience engagement.
- Present a final report detailing the project’s impact on the company’s social media presence and suggesting long-term strategies.
The founder will be readily available to provide guidance and support for the social media project. Scheduled weekly meetings will be established to ensure consistent communication, progress updates, and strategic alignment. Additionally, the founder will be accessible on an as-needed basis to assist with content creation, offer feedback, and address any immediate questions or concerns that may arise during the course of the project.
