We have large amounts of data that can be a source of analytics-driven insights. This includes website visits, content quality vs organic search rankings, sales history/CRM, vendor performance, devops performance, customer service performance, sales funnel/quote conversion performance, competitive pricing, quote pricing and conversions, and many others. There are many different projects that can be carved out from all this data. The goal is to analyze the data in a way that leads to useful business insights, that can drive decisions and intelligence. For example pricing and marketing decisions, quote automation, relationship-based marketing, content improvement and the like.
