This project focuses on designing a structured and automated email marketing flow to support lead nurturing, onboarding, and upselling for a SaaS product targeting vacation rental hosts. Students will develop a campaign tailored to the user journey, helping improve product education, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates throughout the customer lifecycle.

Deliverables

Audit existing email communications (if any).

Research SaaS email flows and segment-based campaigns.

Build a multi-stage drip campaign (3–5 emails per segment).

Suggest tools for automation and performance tracking.

Final deliverable: A plug-and-play email flow with subject lines, copy, and send triggers.
