Main Goal:

The primary objective of this project is to redesign and optimize the existing website to enhance user experience, improve accessibility, and effectively showcase Achieve Potential Inc.'s programs, educational resources, and community-driven initiatives. The redesigned website will align with our branding guidelines, incorporate multimedia resources, and serve as a hub for engagement with our target audience.

Deliverables

To achieve the project goal, students will:

  1. Evaluate the existing Website: Assess the current website's functionality, design, and user experience to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Redesign the Website Layout: Assist in creating modern, clean, and engaging designs that align with Achieve Potential Inc.’s branding and values. Focus on improving navigation, content placement, and overall structure for an intuitive user experience.
  3. Integrate Multimedia Content: Seamlessly incorporate educational videos, graphics, infographics, and downloadable resources (workbooks and worksheets).
  4. Optimize for Accessibility and Responsiveness: Ensure the website is fully responsive and accessible to users across devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop) and meets web accessibility standards.
  5. Test and Launch: Conduct user testing to identify any technical or usability issues and refine the website before launch. Document the redesign process and provide a summary report.


Final Deliverables:

  1. Fully redesigned, responsive, and accessible website.
  2. Integration of multimedia resources (graphics, videos, and educational content).
  3. A detailed summary report outlining the redesign process, challenges, and outcomes.
