What happens with access to power when it comes to the future of work?

We ask because some organizations have a difficult time adapting to flexible arrangements.

Business owners need more empathy and well-thought-out communication messages with and among employees.

We’re not going back to the way things were. We're preparing for a hybrid workplace.

What are the strategies and tactics to show that you are mindful, empathetic, and willing to connect with one another?

Virtual Communication Mastery (VCM) would like to work with students of Lead Generation.

We use lead generation - the process of attracting and converting identified prospects - to develop unique ways to generate interest in services delivered by VCM for managers of hybrid work teams.

For purposes of Level Up, we've identified LinkedIn as the social network for lead generation to collect relevant information. This research gauges whether a company has a valid interest in VCM consulting workshops and consulting services that develop high performers of screen technology.

It is anticipated that 30 leads per week may be researched for a total of 210 for the project. We may revise goals once the project ramps up to determine a productive pace.

Concurrent with the identification of prospects interested in our core message that says, "Employees Drive the New Business Model for the Flexible Workplace," students may create the following materials:

1. CTA button to promote this campaign;

2. Landing page with a form for the completed offer;

3. Offer on the landing page for the prospect to become a lead for VCM;

4. Thank-you page for leads to receive the offer for which they filled out the form;

5. LinkedIn and other channels to promote.

The offer can be placed on VCM's:

  • Website
  • YouTube clips and shows
  • VCM email signatures
  • LinkedIn messaging to prospects

Students should be prepared to:

  • Understand the purpose of Virtual Communication Mastery and its offerings
  • Review prospect websites and find the decision-maker for purchasing decisions
  • Identify the need for help with training leaders to manage remote teams
  • Qualify and score leads for follow up
  • Understand the sales process
  • Communicate with the project manager on progress

The pandemic created a sense of urgency when the world moved overnight to remote work.

Not everyone transitioned well because new habits were not easy to onboard and manage.

Especially the demand for quality communication framed by clear-headed thinking and the ability to tell stories across media.

It's the reason WorldGate Media was established that led to the creation of Virtual Communication Mastery. VCM brought together experts to help improve voice & speech for hybrid teams...manage difficult conversations online...and adopt new forms of communication systems.

We've studied the "why” of internal and external communications throughout our careers. Business leaders from small and large companies work with us because they need what works today.
