Meicho Consulting Inc. aims to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance its marketing strategy and drive organic growth. The current marketing efforts need a data-driven approach to better understand customer behavior, optimize content, and improve engagement. The project will involve analyzing existing marketing data, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing an AI-based strategy to target potential customers more effectively. The goal is to create a comprehensive plan that integrates AI tools to automate and optimize marketing campaigns, ultimately increasing organic traffic and customer acquisition. This project will provide learners with hands-on experience in applying AI techniques to real-world marketing challenges, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Deliverables

- A detailed report outlining the current marketing landscape and identified KPIs.


- An AI-based marketing strategy document, including recommended tools and techniques.


- A prototype or demo of an AI tool or model that can be used to optimize marketing efforts.

Peter Xia, CPA, founder and principal consultant of Meicho has worked in technology companies for 11+ years. He most recently served as the Vice President of Finance at a Toronto-based Software-as-a-Service company - Giftagram, where he helped growth the business 6x over 5 years, accessed $4m in non-dilutive funding and built the Finance and Operations team. Prior to Giftagram, he was the IT Finance Specialist at Celestica, a Global technology manufacturing company, where he led multi-functional projects and was instrumental in completing a high 8-figure cost-reduction project.

Peter received his Bachelors of Business Management from Western University, and took part in an International Exchange for Management studies at Stockholm University.

Peter received in Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Ontario.
