Enabled Talent is seeking to expand its leadership capacity to make a global impact on accessibility. The project aims to develop a strategic roadmap that aligns leadership development with social responsibility, cross-cultural inclusion, and community engagement. Students will analyze current leadership practices and identify opportunities for growth in multiple markets, including Canada and Africa. The goal is to create a framework that supports the scaling of leadership while managing the complexities of global team growth. This project provides an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge of strategic planning, leadership development, and cultural competency in a real-world context. By focusing on these areas, students will help Enabled Talent enhance its leadership capabilities and drive positive change in global accessibility.

Deliverables

- A comprehensive strategic roadmap outlining steps to scale leadership capacity across multiple markets.


- A report detailing best practices for aligning leadership development with social responsibility and cross-cultural inclusion.


- Recommendations for community engagement strategies to support global team growth.


- A presentation summarizing key findings and proposed strategies for Enabled Talent's leadership expansion.
