We are a franchise print shop located in Oakville, Ontario. The pandemic was difficult on our operation (as it was with most) as we supply other businesses with printed marketing materials for in person meetings/presentations, business forms, promotional items for trade shows and other such items. We had to downsize and take on debt to survive the pandemic however now that we are on the back side of this I'm looking for help/support to scale the company up and reach more customers in our area. Although I've owned businesses myself for the past 20+ years, business has always come to me. I'm looking for help managing my business/staff/expenses so that we can grow and expand.
