The main goal for the project is to design a social media strategy for SwitchGear Limited, a learning and development company focusing on building leadership and coaching skills in the contact centre industry. The strategy should aim to enhance the company's online presence, engage with the target audience, and promote its services effectively.


This will involve several different steps for the individual collaborating with the company, including:


- Understanding the company's target audience, brand identity, and marketing goals.


- Researching the contact centre industry and identifying key trends and topics of interest.


- Developing a content calendar with relevant themes, topics, and timing for social media posts.


- Creating templates for social media posts and ensuring consistency with the company's branding.


- Setting up a schedule and guidelines for executing the social media strategy.


Deliverables


The individual collaborating with the company should complete the following tasks to achieve the project goal:


- A comprehensive social media strategy document outlining the content calendar, themes, and guidelines for posts.


- Templates for social media posts aligned with the company's brand identity.


- A schedule and guidelines for executing the social media strategy, making it easy for another individual to follow and implement.



Final deliverables:


- A finalized social media strategy document.


- Ready-to-use templates for social media posts.


- Detailed guidelines for executing the strategy.


Mentorship

We will have an individual on our team dedicated to supporting and guiding the successful candidate through this assignment. The person will be given support remotely. If living in Toronto, there will be face to face meetings.

This person will:

  • You will go through induction training to understand our business.
  • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings.
  • Meet one on one with Afshan Kinder for 30 minutes each week to share wins and challenges or areas where additional guidance is needed.
  • Be given an assessment mid way and at the end of the assignment.

If there is good synergy, this can turn into a longer term paid assignment.

For leaders we have a blended learning product teaching leadership and coaching.
